The service at D'Carlos is exceptional, largely thanks to Jody, the bartender, who consistently brings a friendly and cheerful attitude. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, including standout dishes like prime rib, steak bites, and homemade minestrone soup. With a cozy atmosphere and attentive staff, it's a great choice for a satisfying meal any day of the week.

My wife and I have been very regular customers of D' Carlos for more then 20 years, eating there at least 20 times a year. The serving and wait staff were, and still are, wonderful. The recent change in ownership has resulted in an unfortunate shift in the quality and quantity of the food. The salads are much smaller now and made of lower quality lettuce. Our waitresses in the past few months have confirmed that the ownership has forced them to make smaller salads and even count the croutons. Bread is no longer served with the meal unless requested, and it is of inferior quality. The mashed potatoes are now watery and very poorly textured. Food portions are smaller, for instance the Chicken Fried Steak used to have two pieces, now it has one. The fish is half the size it used to be and the prime rib is a thinner cut and of poor quality (very fatty). I have complained to the management but nothing has improved. The bottom line is that the recent change in ownership has resulted in a focus on profit as opposed to value. I would rather pay more, and have the D' Carlos menu uncompromised, but the ownership is turning a deaf ear to any requests. Simply put if it has been a while since you have eaten at D' Carlos, the food really has changed for the worse. My wife and I have made four consecutive attempts to receive a quality meal at D' Carlos to no avail. Save your money, until the management at D' Carlos comes to their senses, think twice before eating at D' Carlos. We will not be back unless we hear that the problems have been addressed.
