Last week, I visited Erik's Deli for a sandwich and a slice of carrot cake. While I enjoyed the sandwich, I was disappointed to find my carrot cake moldy, which led me to contact the manager, Gerardo. Gerardo promptly addressed the issue, inviting me back to rectify the situation, and I was pleased with the service, food, and price during my return visit.
