I have visited the vineyard twice and found Gareth Carmody to be knowledgeable about the wine industry, particularly in his use of organic practices. His white wines, in particular, stood out to me for their lack of acidity typically found in chemically-treated wines. The estate also offers a variety of products beyond wine, such as olive oils and balsamic vinegars, all of which are chemical-free and complement any meal.
