My husband and I rely on Cafe Runner for our weekend dinners, making it effortless to savor local flavors since becoming parents. While there have been occasional delays, they make up for it with thoughtful gestures like sending coupons. The delivery team is consistently pleasant, and it's worth considering potential delays during busy nights for a hassle-free dining experience.

The salad was totally not as described! No tomatoes and no cucumbers. Lettuce and croutons! French dip sandwich was basically a tri tip sandwich! Restaurant was best lovin?

I'm here visiting for a week and ordered three deliveries from this service. Brian and his staff are excellent at what they do. All his drivers come prepared with extra plates, forks etc. should restaurant omit these items. Their delivery service is right on schedule. There wasn't one thing I could find to pick on. Anyone coming to Pismo Beach you can't go wrong ordering through Cafe Runner. I and my husband will be coming back in a few months and we will certainly use this service. Thanks Brain. Nice to talk to you on the phone. You were so polite andn accommodating with my requests.

The initial phone person, Brian was super cool, but the delivery person was surprisingly crass, unfriendly, honking at me in the driveway, and made me feel I was a burden as a customer (though my order was over $200.00). He also initially went up the wrong drive and seemingly blamed me at the time of delivery! The receipt he handed me had my special directions preprinted right on it! He was on time, but no, I will not use cafe runner again. In retropect, I should have picked up the order myself and spared myself the rudeness he delivered with the food, regardless of how busy I was preparing for the special celebration.
