Excellent food

The owner was so mean. It was my first time ordering and I found the menu on this website. When I went in to pick up the food with my brother, the eggplant dish we had ordered had no vegetables. The menu had said it came with mushrooms, carrots, onions, etc. I asked the girl if they could add mushrooms and she said they would charge extra, took the entree back to the kitchen window, and stood there speaking in Thai and rolling her eyes with the cooks. When she came back she said our food would be overcooked. We told her she didn't have to re-cook the dish, just simply throw some mushrooms on top. That's when the owner got involved. She came up and said I was wrong about the menu and that she wouldn't give us mushrooms. She told me she would have to see the menu I ordered from online. I showed her my iPhone with the menu and she just spoke over me saying that wasnt her problem and not her menu, though it had her address and phone number. She said it was our job to make sure the menu online was correct (how would we know that?!) and our responsibility. She stood arguing with my brother about the mushrooms until other customers were giving us looks. It was such poor customer service, and she had the nerve to offer us a menu on our way out. We refused and will not go back EVER. (by the time the issue was resolved our food was cold!!)
