Lunch during the air show was an unforgettable experience, enhanced by large windows that framed a stunning view of the Santa Maria airstrip. The seared ahi tuna salad was a revelation, perfectly complemented by a wasabi dressing that elevated the quality of the fresh tuna. With attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere, it's a joy to savor delicious food while watching planes take off, making it a destination I eagerly anticipate revisiting.
