The fish was incredibly fresh and the prices were reasonable during my visit to Ichiban Sushi. The friendly service, delicious food, and unique dining atmosphere made for a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning to try more items from the menu.

Ichiban used to be in Hollywood, and I used to go there all the time. I just found out that it is in Santa Barbara, now. Ichiban has the best, most authentic Japanese food that I've ever had. I can hardly wait to go again. So glad to find it!

The sushi was so amazing...so fresh. The staff was very tentative to our needs and the price was right. The bill was not expensive at all, which is always a plus! If you really enjoy sushi, you should try this place.

The cooks and the waiters are all incredibly friendly, the food is fresh and genuinely Japanese, and the overall experience is one that makes you want to keep coming back again and again. one of my family's favourites!

good quality sushi, good service when your at the sushi bar, but can be slow at the tables.
It's always busy, but I've never had to wait for a table except for one time and it wasn't long. Lots of S.B. locals eat there. It is our regular Sushi stop.
