Before I got a bagle at Jacks Bagles,I have never even heard of a bagle,but I am glad my first ever bagle was at Jacks.That is the most delicious thing I have ever had in my life.My favourite one is the Biltong,cream cheese and red onions - and it only costs R50.They have amazing staff,so friendly you almost feel at home.I definitely recommend Jack's bagels and with out any doubt I am giving them a five start rating.

I will never go back, worst service ever. It took us over an hour to be served our food and it wasn't even hot when I got it and it wasn't bad tasting but i wasn't all that good to wait over an hour for. They need more staff if they care about keeping their customers happy. Very disappointed!
