WARNING --- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I WAS STOLEN FROM BY THE STAFF TODAY under the guise of Business and sales. This used to be my Daughters favorite spot, So Today I thought it would be a nice moms day (week) treat for my kids and I to get a few Acai Bowls for lunch. I was extremely overcharged for 3 bowls. I should have been charged $31.60 for 2 pele at $10.95 each and 1 Aryton for $9.70 they charged me $61.27 and then when I asked the female about this overcharge, she told me I was wrong, I offered to show her proof and She said I was rude for accusing her of making a mistake, i said hey people make mistakes, we are human it happens , i just want it fixed... well she went in to tell me that she never charged me that much and When I asked for her name or name of management she absolutely refused and would not talk to me. I am absolutely appalled and outraged by how I was treated and talked to, Ive worked in customer service for 30 years and have never seen this behavior ever.
I just cannot believe the actions against me and my money. I just wanted to treat the kids today and help support a small business during Covid19 and kinda celebrate mommys day (week) and this has turned into a horrific day for me. I will not allow my daughter to ever go back here nor will I support this business in any way ever ever again!
Nobody is protecting the customers from the theft of their employees against their customers!
Absolutely NOT OK! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY, and fair trade!
