I had a fantastic experience at this sandwich shop in Santa Fe, where the service was friendly and Shannon truly stood out. The food was exceptional, especially the Mucho Turkey Plus Sandwich with fresh ingredients, and I loved the generous portions. Despite the busy atmosphere, everything was prepared quickly, and I appreciated how accommodating the staff was for our large group.

The best sandwich shop santa has ever had was Carlos gospel cafe downtown in the 90s. Omg, amazing.. now my Hos is the only sandwich shop in Santa Fe, besides subway. . Muchos is a pretty decent shop, but they sure have shot up the prices and the sandwiches seem smaller. It's a nice place to order from for meetings, but that is the only time I eat there. Nathan is very nice as well as his sister.

This place is incredible and and has the best sandwiches in town. You can get anything. I am a huge fan of the pastrami.

I love their sandwiches made with good fresh ingredients. While they are often busy I have not had issues with long waits on service and thus far no issues with any of my orders. They have often thrown in a free item with my to go orders and have always been polite when I was there. Not sure if the business has changed owners over time but the complaints I saw raised in earlier reviews seem not to apply these days so I thought I should be nice and write a review to update everyone on the situation from my perspective.

Your rating only goes to "5" but Mucho's deserves a "10!" Mucho's is the only place I can think of that I can never decide what to order... because *everything* is delicious!!! The sandwiches are bursting with fresh ingredients - the polar opposite of Subway or any other "fast" sandwich place. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The place is family owned, and you can tell they care about their customers. Don't wait- GO TO MUCHO's TODAY - you will be glad you did :)

Mucho "Gormet" Sandwich Shoppe has been a lunch-time staple for as long as I can remember. I have been a regular customer since they were located down town. I have recommended them to people and employers as a good lunch for meetings. I will no longer recommend them anyone. In fact, I'm here to tell you why it's best to go elsewhere.
Constantly busy, the sandwiches used to be worth the long waits and the rude employees. But Frankly I've had my last interaction with them. I won't order from them again. Why?
* Delivery time is awful. Even after placing our order at 9:00am and promised an "asap" delivery time in their first slot, the sandwiches didn't arrive until after the meeting was over and after the 11:30 - 12:00 delivery window. One of our group had to go without lunch that day.
*Customer Service is Awful. Heaven help you if something isn't right with your order or if you have a problem. As polite as you are they are extremely rude and will do little to help you fix the problem.
*The prices are just too high for what you get.
*The sandwiches used the be the best in town. But these days that just isn't true.
There are better places to take your business. Locally owned and delicious these other place treat you with kindness and respect.

It's no wonder that you have won "Best Sandwich in Santa Fe"...for so many years! Your sandwiches are HUGE and delicious...Your prices are exceptionally reasonable...Your staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to please every (reasonable) customer. I LOVE MUCHO!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

food is good but very very small portions and expensive- owner acts as if she is doing the customer a FAVOR by being open - very snobby and impersonal service - never any smiles and really what would it hurt to get more help i am sure they make enough money to pay another person to HELP - as stated before food is good but everything else is such a let down not even the sandwich is worth putting a damper on your day

sandwich was not made as ordered owner would not remake it or refund money I was threatened to have police called if I did not leave small portions for such a expensive sandwich I left with out sandwich or a refund

I love Mucho's!!! Our company always orders for lunch meetings and you can always count on them to have great food!
It is ALWAYS busy there so calling in a order is probably a good idea if you are in a hurry.
