The food was absolutely fantastic, with flavors that truly hit the spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more of that delicious New Mexican cuisine.

I used to love this place.. But in the last 2 or 3 yrs the food has changed flavors. The beef tacos were delicious. Now seema like store bought shells are used. And they just dont have that wow taste no more. The menudo is flavorless.. So sad this was my #1 spot.. Unfortunately will not return. Service was really good tho.

We were on a snowboarding trip and locals recommended this place. At first we were suspicious and didn't even look like they were open when we arrived. But we ventured in and was greeted with a smile. The chicken tacos and frito pie are probably the best I've ever had. I can't wait for the next time to try some of their other menu items.

last night I attended a dinner/meeting catered by El Parasol. Cannot say when I have so enjoyed a Mexican dinner. The food was delicious, hot(heat),satisfying,no after-taste,not greasy. I prefer very hot (spicy/peppers)food - but that can be adjusted. What is essential is that the dinner in general was exceptional.Look forward to going to restaurant myself for carry-out. JC/Santa Fe
