Ordered a double crunch. Do not like spicy food. It was spicy. Did not specify on menu that it was spicy!!! When asked, the young lady went and asked cook. And said yup its pepper mayo on it. But chicken was red under skin so its clearly spiced well. She did not offer to make me another non spicy burger. Very disappointed they dont teach their staff customer is always right. They should specify on their signs, or make you another. Not like they dont make billions. Wont be stopping here again. Chicken chef has better chicken anyway
