My experience at Fatz Cafe on last evening 6/24/17 was not the best service. My family and I have received better customer service in the past. Fatz was one of many restaurants in Pooler that me and my family really enjoyed eating at whenever we would visit Pooler. Seating was fast which was not a problem but we didn't see our waitress after sitting for about 20 minutes. I can understand the food preparation time but once meal was brought to the table, no one offered any condiments, no beverage refills while eating and if we wanted a desert nothing was offered. I'm just saying that if we the customers served are responsible for paying for our meals , we should get better service. Management may not be aware of some of the issues.
