We were told when we arrived there would be a 35 minute wait. So we waited. As more customers came in, I noticed that they would get their buzzer, and then sit down and be called in right away. I asked a young lady at the hostess desk how much farther down the list we were. She said we were next. A party of 3 came in, registered, got their buzzer, and waited about 5 minutes and was seated. By this time they were saying it was a 55 minute wait. I had noticed while waiting so long, that if you went to the desk and asked, you got seated immediately. So I went and spoke with a young man who I told that we had been told that we were next. By this time we had waited over an hour. When I told him about the ladies promise to seat us, he said he could seat us right then. Food was good.
So if you want to get seated within a normal amount of time, you have to go back up and ask to be seated. I watched it done our whole wait, and experienced it myself.
Would not recommend to friends!

We went to Longhorns in Pooler today for lunch. Half of the food was burned. The service was great but you really need to replace the cooks . We ate at the Longhorns in Savannah 2 days ago and everything was cooked to perfection
