The food was consistently fresh, crispy, and hot, with decent portions and a very friendly staff, making it the best Chinese restaurant in the area for me, despite being a bit pricier than expected, but well worth the quality and service.

China One has amazing food. Ryan Gosling and I met up at China One when he was filming Blue Valentine in Carbondale. I must say an egg roll completes a dish. He had chicken lo mein--a pint if my memory serves me correctly. I followed up my egg roll with orange chicken. It was the absolute best.

China One has the most delightful and delicious menu that will keep you salivating for more. I spread the duck sauce all over my meals. I usually eat so much I don't have room for dessert--and I'm okay with that. China One rocks my world.
