Awesome food and great service

We did a week night and found easy parking after driving down from Binghamton area of upstate NY. First time at the AV and we found the setting similar to some western restaurants (e.g. Denver) large dining area with a class look and to the side, a long polished wood and copper bar. We first sat at the bar and being adventurous, Helene had a Pico Sour, explained by the congenial bartender as a Peruvian drink--she liked the sweet-sour lime flavor and my extra dry Tanqueri Martini was shook with care and taste to my liking as a traditional martini...
Helene loved the scallops served with butternut squash and Brussels sprouts while i savored my Skate served with a roasted garlic parsley risotto that reminded me of Siena, Italy (not quite as good as Siena but close).
We met the owner and his wife and they were lovely as were the staff.
Go there again? For sure. Worth the travel.
