I hadn't been to Chick's in a number of years. I'd almost forgotten it was there but recently had an appointment at CMC and on the way home I passed it and decided to stop in again. I had a meatloaf, mashed potato and gravy and cole slaw dinner. It was fabulous. Best cole slaw I've ever tasted. Hubby had a patty melt and said it was truly the best he'd ever had. The service was terrific, fast and so polite and friendly. Prices were good too.. Now it's my favorite place to eat. If you've forgotten it too, go back and be delighted.

It's a classic!! If you go to Scranton you must check out Chick's. The french fries are a must. It is a small town...everybody knows your name type of place. The food is great...and the atmosphere takes you back.
