The restaurant is always bustling with both locals and visitors eager to enjoy a meal, and I can see why. Each time I've visited, the staff has been incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home, and the atmosphere is inviting for all ages. The food is delicious, with generous portions that often leave me with leftovers, and I've fallen in love with their unique salads, which I even started recreating at home.

Friday 5/25/17 my wife and I had dinner at the loading dock. She ordered Lobster and it was laced with a garlic au jus. This was not indicated on the menu. When asking the waiter if the mashed potatoes had garlic in it, he said yes and she said I don't like garlic, you would think he would have mentioned it when ordering. By the way my chicken and ribs were dry and tough, I have thrown away most of them. I did tell my wife in my 35 years in foodservice inclusive of running the Pentagon Foodservice for 2 years I never have seen Lobster cooked in heavy garlic. His reply having overheard the comment to my wife was each place does things differently. I have no problem with that, just indicate somewhere on the menu. Crossing the Loading Dock off the list except if I want wings or a wrap.

THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE IN THE AREA. LOVE HOW THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MEAL THAT I WAS NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH. YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT TO BE SEATED IF YOU GET THERE AFTER 5 PM, BUT IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. ANTHONY THE OWNER WORKS HAND IN HAND WITH THE STAFF. GREAT PLACE !

This was my and my husbands first time ever there. I ordered the 12 oz. NY strip streak with portabella mushrooms house balsamic and vegetable medley...my steak was medium rare as requested but super charcoaled,owner Anthony had a new one made for me and was so super sweet and apologetic....vegetable medley was awesome and house balsamic is to die for. My husband had 3 lagers and hot garlic wings and 8oz.NY strip with mushrooms and onions wit Caesar salad and red mashed potatoes....everything was good.Anthony the owner took off 3 lagers and wings off the bill to make it right -which he more than achieved. Staff was great and apologetic as well. I haven't experienced this great kind of hospitality on a long time. My favorite new place.

We were just there tonight for dinner 1/29/16. My son told me about how great the place is. I have been in the restaurant Business for over 40 years. The size of meals is over whelming and prices are GREAT. Service was the best I have had in years. My wife had the lobster tail 10oz and I had the baby back ribs. Along with wings as a appetizer.Must try there special sauce is the best. We drove 39 miles each way and will do it monthly. The owner is very hands on and never stops moving. The bathrooms are very clean and stocked. This is the Best Restaurant I have been in in the past 20 years. 5 stars plus plus. Try it and you will agree.

When the new location opened it was great!!! It was always crowded. I just went there recently and it has changed. The signature wrap was greasy and actually made my husband sick. And the beer prices are ridiculous. Sorry - won't be going back.

The Loading Dock is the best of the best! The food is unbelievably DELICIOUS and very reasonably priced. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and always greets his customers with a handshake and a smile. All these negative, "I have nothing better to do than whine" comments is the reason WHY I have no use for people. Believe me.....this place is well worth the wait and the "noise." Seriously....can't you people find something better to complain about? A+++ establishment and I will continue to make the Loading Dock my weekly trip!

Service is outstanding every time! Never had a bad experience! The food and service is always consistent, even when they are slammed some how the servers manage to stay collective and turn the tables quickly! My husband and I love going to the Loading dock and the fact that you need ID after 4pm isn't an unreasonable request. This place is a gem and I love it here! I will miss this place when I move away! Highly reccomend this place!!!

Excellent Food, Extremely clean, Friendly staff, however they seem to want to throw & smash the dishes when they clean up- the dishes are extremely heavy & LOUD! - sound as though they are smashing & it was very annoying & rude. Both the Little blond waitress & the owner at times threw the dishes.... I know you want to look extremely busy efficient & fast but shocking loud smashing of the dishes really make the atmosphere uncomfortable! Please Stop.....

Salad was OVERLOADED with lettuce, Hard to eat... Wings were Good ... HOWEVER Do not expect to get in and out of here quickly... We waited 15 mins for salads and 45 mins for our wings. The Fries came out SOGGY and not edible, I understand they were loaded fores but Keep the fries in the fryer a min longer and ease up on the "wet" toppings... a Bowl of mush is not welcome but any seasoned foody

First visit...been hearing about it from lots of different people. Wings were very good. Prices were very reasonable, drinks, too. Next time will have to try a steak and a salad, saw some that looked great!

The Loading Dock is friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. What else can you ask for? The owner Anthony is a fanatic about keeping things clean & in order but I do not blame him. He puts in alot of hours & puts out great results. I absolutely LOVE the Hot Garlic Wings. They are truely the BEST wings in the area. The other food is also very good. Stop in & try it as I know you won't be disappointed.

This was the absolutely cleanest bar and restaurant I have ever been in or eaten at. The food was not only delicious and plentiful but the prices are very reasonable considering the amount served. I will definitely spread the word about this best little secret in Dunmore.

The place is clean and the food is alittle overrated. The wings are average for our area.
Now for the owner/staff. The reason why the place is so clean is because the owner is a neat freak! Which is odd cause it's a BAR!!!! I don't need someone touching me when I order something. Too close for my liking. Will not go back.

Probably the cleanest place I've ever been to eat! The owner is very friendly, but does have his moments. The best wings around! Especially the Hot Garlic! Wings are always crispy, which I love. Onion rings are delicious as well as the wraps! A great place to go hang out with friends or family! Just don't go too late. They close by 10:00.
