My go-to favorites at this neighborhood sub shop are the Buffalo bites, chicken caesar salad, and Italian hoagie - always delicious! The subs are well-made with good portions, fresh rolls, and they even have takeout beer available. The meat lovers pizza and fried zucchini are also top picks, making this a great spot for a satisfying meal.

If I could give zero Stars apparently the lady I spoke to on the phone...Shelly... has numerous negative reviews and it's really sad that they lose business because of her and I don't know maybe they should just reconsider having her on their team. The only reason I ordered from this place was because it had five stars and it stated that they had the best chicken cheesesteak which is what my boyfriend wanted so I wanted to surprise him with the best chicken cheesesteak so over an hour my food was not delivered it said ETA 730 I called at 7:35 the lady on the phone picked up I asked her Hi I ordered food the ETA was 7:30 and she goes well it's only 7:35 ma'am what can I help you with and I said excuse me....that's how you're going to answer and she said yes what can I do for you honey? A simple I'm really sorry that your orders late ma'am we're extremely busy your order has been completed and is on its way would have been enough for me ...first of all I'm not your honey so don't call me honey she should have been concerned and wanted to know what my issue was but instead she was condescending and then proceeded to hang up on me so after numerous times of trying to contact back she finally picked up and I asked for management and then she says she's the manager by the way her name is Shelly I in no way wanted to argue with this woman I just wanted to get another ETA that's all I wanted from her but the way she was coming at me as soon as she picked up the phone was a huge red flag ..she blamed it on the heat...I then proceeded to tell her that the only reason I ordered from there was because of the five stars and because it was noted that they had the best chicken cheesesteak she then continued to speak over me. I couldn't get a word in ...not only was I trying to calm her down I seriously wanted to emphasize with her. will never ever order from there again and I will make sure because I work at a huge hotel at the front desk that everyone knows not to order from there either so you're welcome Shelly

I can't say enough about the food and the staff at Pepper's Pizza. I have never had a bad experience. The owner and employees always treat my friends and I like we are a part of their family. Wish I could give more stars!!!
