The pizza and hoagies here are a solid choice for a satisfying meal that won't break the bank, although the lack of delivery service is a drawback. The hoagies, while affordable, could benefit from more generous portions of meat and cheese to enhance their flavor.

The pizza was nasty the bottom was cover in black crap FYI clean your oven that's nasty also very little cheese and no im not greedy spot of no cheese come on.i dont understand I eat there often and never had a problem

This is the last place you would want to get food from. I ordered pizza and a hoagie they told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. 45 minutes later I showed up only to wait another 20 minutes.when I got home the pizza was soggy and the hoagie cold. It was uneatable. I brought it back only to get dirty looks from the staff. I was then told I would have to wait another 45 minutes and the highschool girls were cursing about me in the back. I just left never to return. Take my advice go somewhere else. Those people should be ashamed of themselves

The best pizza place in town. Love that they don't deliver, would be too rushed. Keep up the work girls!!

Food? Excellent!!! Service? HORRIBLE!!!!!! Rude girls who don't want to be bothered. Get another job and give your job to someone else who needs the money. Nightmare with the waiting time!!!

Great food when you consider the price. Unfortunately, 90% of their employees are absolutely miserable high school girls who have no problem making it known that you are inconveniencing them by making them work. They are also inclined to lie about pick up times to deter customers from placing orders. Go for vincenzo's on main ave; a little more expensive, but you can taste the difference, and the customer service is 10 times better.

First of all they need to update their menu on this site, the prices are not right, some have been raised, and some items they have now are not listed! Their food is very good and the prices aren't too bad, but the service not so much, I went there to pick up my order after the 25 minutes they said it would take, waited in line another 20 minutes give or take, finally got to the counter and my order was not completely ready and had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes until I finally got my order.

Food is pretty good and price is reasonable but service sucks! I place a order for four subs and I was told 15 mins. So I drive over and of course there is a line of people (most of them walk in) Here's a tip: maybe they
should have another like for pick up orders?? I think it is ridiculous that I already waited 15 mins and then have to wait another 20 mins just because of all the walk ins... I really do dread coming here anymore what's the point of pre ordering when you have to wait anyway??

just moved to Scranton from NY I couldn't find good pizza anywhere in this town until I cam here Roseanna pizza is the best in town !! and the girls are so friendly there

I was visiting family in Scranton and we stopped by to pick up lunch. I went in and ordered an Italian Hogie with the price of $2.50. For $2.50 I wasn't sure what I would get. It was Amazing! So amazing that when I went back home to State College I started ordering Italian Hogie's from local places. Everything is more expensive, and nothing is nearly as tasty. Highly recommend.
