The Chinese food from "New Tin Tin" in Scranton is truly exceptional, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. Their shrimp toast is a must-try, and I always look forward to ordering from them for their delicious dishes and friendly service.

Well, there is a delivery boy that is extremely friendly. And little plants in the rice.
and the shrimp? OH THE SHRIMP ! JUST FABB !
well , over all , tin tins is great !
Maybe a tad dirty , but awesome.
