The instructor displayed a deep understanding and skill in guiding us through a class focused on inventive uses for fig leaves. Each ingredient used was fresh, resulting in a meal of exceptional quality that surpassed typical restaurant fare. I left the class feeling grateful for the enjoyable experience and newfound culinary knowledge gained on a Monday evening.
