Their pad thai is one of my top picks in Seattle, almost on par with Bai Tong and Bangrak Market. The dish is consistently tasty with generous portions. Despite not capturing photos, the flavorful Thai food from this popular food truck with a humorous name has me hooked and eager to return for another lunch break treat. The service is excellent, with quick and friendly assistance at the window ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
