The girls working the front are rude af!! We placed an order Friday night. My husband kept getting hung up on by vivi because he didn't understand her question she got annoyed and clicked on him. We tried calling back at least 3 times and everytime she hung up on him. This was our number 1 pho/ teriyaki restaurant! ... So we went in and placed our order, (im sure they knew it was him) .. sure enough there was items missing. So i called and was told I could pick up my missing items Saturday. Once I arrived Saturday and they knew who I was they did not shy away from DIRTY LOOKS!. ... to the point where I had to ask one of the girls what was she staring at! Honestly as soon as I went home I threw the food away because i did not trust them. Very unprofessional. There are other Vietnamese restaurants in the Puyallup and South hill area that are just as good and will appreciate there customers. Hell* Ph* is one of them!

The food is great, but these guys really don't want to sell to me. They told me they had stopped serving well before they were closed then I watched someone else go in and get served. I called another day to see if they delivered. They said no and hung up, but the website says they do contact less delivery. How hard does it need to be to get an order?
