I discovered this amazing gelato spot in Seattle back in 2018 and it's been my go-to whenever I'm in the area. I wish they had more locations or longer hours, though. Finally made it before closing time and the line was still long, but totally worth the wait for their unique rice gelato and classic pistachio flavors. The creamy texture and pure flavors were spot on, definitely a must-try for gelato lovers!
