The rainbow burger bursts with flavor, leaving a lasting impression with every bite, while the atmosphere envelops you in a cozy charm reminiscent of a bygone era. With friendly staff and a menu that caters to every craving, this diner has quickly become my favorite breakfast haunt, especially for their outstanding French toast and lively drinks.

Having lived a life and career on both sides of the counter (chef and customer); I came to find this review a difficult one to write. A large part of this in being the simple fact that I have dined at the establishment through more than one set of staff, as well as having seen not only the previous owners efforts; but most of all the "heart" which was put into it.
During the past two months I have had a total of three meals at the Rainbow Cafe. Each of them consisted of items from the three different meal sets/groups/areas/plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and in each and every case I was indeed pleased with the prompt service and attentive wait staff.
Unlike the historical pallet of freshly prepared dishes which Rainbow Cafe had become famous for (ask any of the great many citizens and customers over generation), I was brought face-to-face with "fresh from the freezer" hash browns, cups of "veggie blends" you can find at a local grocer, and was not only brought the wrong soup (I'm mildly allergic to one of the ingredients in what I got, so God bless medical science), but to then be served "corned beef from a can" for my breakfast... Well, let's just say that it was the final "straw that broke the camel's back".
I am quite pleased with the work the new owners have done to keep the business looking like it has for years, trying to strengthen their connection with the ever changing/developing world (both medically and financially) of their customers; but if meals that they sacrifice the quality and satisfaction which made Rainbow Cafe what it has been all these years....
No matter how much you try to make it look pretty, you can't make salt taste like sugar. You wanted a fresh start with that strong name and establishment; use fresh ingredients for a healthy menu, business, and future.
