The gyoza and katsu mushroom ramen I had were phenomenal, with a savory broth enhanced by butter and perfectly chewy noodles. Despite its small size and limited menu, the friendly service and cozy atmosphere made for an enjoyable dining experience, and I look forward to returning for more delicious vegan options.
