On tribal land with an exemption from the indoor smoking ban, this establishment may not appeal to everyone. As a smoker, I find the relaxed atmosphere and good air circulation a definite plus, making it a welcoming spot to enjoy a drink or a cigar without feeling overwhelmed by smoke or crowds.
