Great Food! Great Service!

I have been going to Wally's for 30 years. I always loved it. I took my sister out for dinner on June 27. I ordered a strawberry margarita which I had ordered there before. When it arrived it was 2/3 foam. I didn't say anything as her Bloody Mary was good and it was her birthday and I didn't want to dampen her birthday dinner. The next thing was I ordered the lobster, it arrived incredibly overcooked. Again I didn't didn't want to ruin her birthday dinner by complaining. We finished our dinner and we're in the car when she said her blackened salmon was way overcooked. I certainly hope this was just an off night but I am so disappointed as this was 3 out of four orders that weren't up to what I have previously experienced at Wally's.
