The Citrus Mojito, featuring rum, clementine, ginger, and mint, caught my eye with its vibrant orange hue and fresh mint leaves, but the bitter undertone left me wishing for a more balanced flavor. In contrast, the Wedge salad, adorned with cherry tomatoes, smoky bacon lardons, and creamy Buttermilk Blue Cheese, surprised me with its meal-worthy heft and freshness that perfectly complemented the richness of the fried cheese curds.
