I didn't care for the pizza. Despite having had Neopolitan pizza in multiple cities in multiple countries, owning my own oven and being involved in several groups aiming to get a good home pie, this one was a little too soggy-even for Neo. When I shared with my server that I thought it was too soggy, even to the end crust she basically told me that I didn't understand good pizza, and got pretty snarky: Are you certified to make this? are you VPN certified? Italians like this, but hey-what do they know? AVPN aside I don't know what they know, but I do know I won't be back--not because anyone can have an off night at the oven, but because the server even incited the two guest sitting next to me to tell me how good THEIR food was.
