Got me shook!

Brought my parents (Mom's 80th birthday). VERY good choice for a birthday meal. My parents kept raving about the fried shrimp and oysters. It was absolutely delicious! I didn't want the meal to end. It was THAT good.

Today my family and I visited the Kim's seafood in Shreveport and when we bit into the fish it had a foul odor and as we peeled the skin back the fish was mostly grey. We took it to the counter and kindly ask for new fresh fish and the manger was extremely angry, shaking his fist and loud talking. I tried to get the manager to calm down and told him that there is no need ti yell. I also encouraged him and said, "we have eaten here before and it had been good. All we want is a new order with fresh fish." He became enraged, so we asked for our money back instead because we no longer felt welcomed. He stated, "No. I'm not giving you your money back and I'm not remaking your food. You can call who you want but I'm not doing anything." After taking photos of the decayed and rotten fish, we let him know we would be contacting the health department. He said, " I don't care. Contact whoever you want."

Went there Tuesday afternoon, ordered six pounds of crawfish and been served with reheated and half cold crawfish. Explained to the employee about it and he insisted that its fresh and put both of his hands in his hips and being so rude. Been there several times before but this will be the last.

Catfish dinner has always been cooked fresh. Kim's food is excellent and seasoned just right! I live in Broadmoor so it is just 10 min. away. I will be back.
