01/15/2014 - UNSANITARY!!!!MUST READ!!!
The food here is good there's no doubt about that .But this is the most unsanitary place I have ever been to . It's really a wonder no one has gotten sick eating here yet .My best friend works at this place in her words "I can say with out a doubt that I am the only one here that washes their hands after handling greasy plates from the tables , filthy serving trays and the rags they wipe the tables down with . Which by the way sit in a bucket ON THE FLOOR next to a garbage can they throw the dirty cloth napkins into . Napkins by the way that they pick up off the floor ect , that drop filth into this so called sanitary water filled bucket !!!! Where they then grab the rags to wipe your tables and no joke they wipe the lids inside and out of the ketchup , A-1 and other sauces they serve to you and your families." The reason the music is so loud and they don't offer you any dessert is because they don't want you to eat and socialize ."We want them in and out , no refills towards the end of their meals . If they want to loiter let them go somewhere else. Other restaurants put up with that ,and other restaurants don't have 30 minute waits every night. People aren't spending money when their meal is done and if they aren't spending money they don't need to be here. If they don't like it let them go somewhere else we are the most popular restaurant in Sioux City." (From the on site general manager's own mouth)They want you to eat and get out of there . They want and require their staff to up-sale everything ! They even have trickey ways to get you to pay an extra $1 here and $2 there , and thats not the servers falt .If they won't cpmply with this ,they are fired .Next time your there , notice the way they drop off your check before your even done eating. Notice how the music is soooo loud you can't hear your friends talk .For your own good , next time dont use any of their bottled sauces.
