I recently tried Ethiopian food at a restaurant in South Dakota and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors. The injera was light and fluffy, and the entree, while slightly milder than I prefer, was still enjoyable. Although the atmosphere was a bit eerie with everyone going silent when I walked in, I would definitely consider getting takeout from there again for the amazing food.
