The Pinots at Paul Mathew Vineyards blew me away with their depth and complexity, offering a smooth, fruit-forward experience that I typically don't find in this varietal. The owners, Barb and Matt, created a warm atmosphere where I felt welcomed, and I ended up leaving with several bottles, eager to return for more tastings in the future.
