The historic restaurant, located in downtown Aiken, offers a unique dining experience with various rooms and dining options, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The authentic Italian cuisine is delicious, with options like spaghetti and meatballs and eggplant Parmesan standing out as favorites, while the attentive service and well-informed servers enhance the overall dining experience. Reservations are recommended, and although street parking may be a bit busy, a pleasant stroll through downtown after your meal can be a perfect end to the evening.

Tonight at Casa Bella my guest and I were served a dish with spoiled prosciutto. My guest got sick to her stomach and threw up at the restaurant and I threw up later at home. We complained to the server who deducted the dishes from the meal. However the manager nor the owner came out to apologize, knowing one of our party had thrown up at their establishment. When I spoke to the manger later she seemed disinterested and was not apologetic. In truth, since two of our party of 4 could not eat their meal and since the service was so painfully slow, the check should have been discounted beyond the deduction of two meals. I doubt I will be returning to this establishment.

Nice hole in the wall. Real Italian food. The staff are not pushy but attentive to the correct amount. never an empty glass. The food was superb. Meatballs and sauce great, only to be followed by more great food. Then desert, The cheesecake is close to four inches tall. The first bite melted in my mouth then exploded with flavor. No doubt the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. The total cost for two on Valentines Day 93 dollars, worth every cent. Don't forget make reservations early It was packed.
