Enjoyed hickory tavern for numerous years! Crab legs delicious! Management should know of all people that the patron is always right! That's what we call customer service, even when you do not have the beer on tap (on special) only in the bottle that's not the patrons fault, it's your problem. That is an inventory/order issue you should honor the price. Yes, the patron was probably rude but he is paying your salary! I am not the patron (do not drink beer) but was present for the entire seen and when the manager turned away and stated a four letter - word. I consider this very unprofessional to say the least, and will take my business back to the hickory tavern in Charlotte. Nc July 12, 2016 @ 9:20pm
