I wish that I could leave a good review because I have eaten at this restaurant many times and most of the time, it has been quite satisfactory. But today made the 4th time I have been there and the service was just not good. We had to ask for napkins and utensils to eat with. We had to ask for our cheese dip. They brought one guest their food and then left the other person to snack on chips while waiting for their soup. The chicken in the soup was tough and hard to chew. We finally had to get up and go searching for someone to refill our tea. And we asked for to-go containers and they brought something for one person and not for the other, so again we had to ask. Then we stood at the cash register waiting to pay. And waited quite a bit. If the place had been packed, I probably would not have bothered to leave a review. There were literally six tables seated. Every time we have been lately, we say "never again" but because it is in a convenient location we tell ourselves we will try one more time. Times are difficult right now and we have less money to spend than we used to, so we want to pick places where we feel our money is well spent and we are appreciated, and where we won't leave frustrated.
