Good stuff

Party of four seated promptly. First waitress took drink order and brought them out. We let her know our fourth person was in the parking lot and she said I'll be right back. Our friend sat down but we never saw that waitress again. We sat there looking for her for 20 minutes and finally got another waitress's attention and she agreed to take our order. One ordered steak nachos but she said they didn't have them but we told her they r on menu but she insisted they were not and made a suggestion to which our friend tried but the steak looked like it was leftover from last month!!! Another friend asked for specialty Oder she had there back in dec and waitress said they didn't have but asked another waiter and he said no too! After talking to manager and him saying he noticed us waiting awhile to order and telling us they do have steak nachos and could have done the specialty order of grilled shrimp and tilapia and he apologized for that mistake and the awful steak he goes to talk to waitress who denied it all . We told the manager we had three different people waiting on us one never came back out from back one didn't know the menu and the other the waiter laughed when my friend said the steak was awful. Three of us liked our food but did let him know service was horrible and he apologized talked to waiter came back said we didn't wait 20 min which contradicts him saying he saw we sat awhile before getting waited on to which we had to ask her if she could find our waitress but she took or should I say attempted to take the order. Manager said he would check the cameras to see how long we sat there and that they help each other out with tables. So basically called me a liar and we left. Los Compadres toward Wren is much better food so have been going there! Mr Cactus you were in the wrong and you know it! Bet you have watched the cameras yet either. Very bad service and manger was just as bad as the servers. Terrible Terrible service!!!!!!!!! Terrible rude waiter and manager!!!!!!!! Won't be back ! Gave them the last of my money! Oh and there r many other reviews about bad service and good !!!! Please read them before going here!

Love, love, love this restaurant!!! Food is great and venue is clean and upbeat. The staff is great!!!

Very disappointed in the food. Previous orders have been good but not tonight. Over $60 for food and half of it not edible. Very disappointing for take out. One Tiny salsa container and very small bag of chips for 4 people.

Food is fantastic, atmosphere is great, owner is on the floor all the time.
