We saw Fork Grove BBQ on Access Carolina and are we glad we did. Lovely place out in the country. I felt like Chef Robert Ervin as I ordered a half pound of everything except for the turkey as I was poultried out. You watch your order being carved as you walk through the line and pick your sides. The staff is truly wonderful, friendly and helpful. The brisket was moist and delicious, the pulled pork was perfect, the ribs were to die for, the pork belly burnt end were crazy good and the chicken bacon sausage was awesome. I had the baked beans, potato salad and crunchy sweet potato salad. All were the best I ever ate. This place is a true hidden gem with the best BBQ around and I tried them all. Keep up the great work.

I've been to this place twice in the past couple of weeks since being told about it and I have yet to be let down. The care they put into their craft gives you the most tender meat you can put in your mouth. Absolutely full of flavor and the meat melts in your mouth.
