The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with the wait staff moving swiftly to attend to every need. The pollo fundido dish was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor but not overwhelming with spice. The bustling yet efficiently managed atmosphere made for an enjoyable dining experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.
