I have family in Sumter, so I've visited Cookout several times. The menu offers a nice variety of well-prepared and tasty foods. The hotdogs were fresh and delicious, making it a worthy fast food alternative. Service was good and the shakes are likely amazing.

We like the food and the costs, but if they can't get a simple order right it puts me off the place. If I say hamburger I mean hamburger not cheese burger(paying for the cheese), and if I pay for the bacon I would like the bacon. I really don't want to unwrap all my orders before I leave. really disapointed with order 4080 on 12/20/12 6:48 p.m.
