Dried out wings. Rubbery. Rude cashiers. Not returning

This was the worse dining experience of my life. It begin when the waitress told me the drink menu was only digital. Which was frustrating since my phone was dead. I ordered a mojito. It was the worse mojito I have ever had and I returned it basically untouched. I order my appetizers, entrees and to go items all together with the expectation that my to go order would be ready and available when I completed my dine in meal. This was not the case and when I was ready for my to go order, one of the items was short due to the restaurant being sold out. The cheesecake was sold out I order three and not two. I ordered two with caramel sauce and one with out. The two that were available both came without caramel sauce and additionally were served looking as if someone had placed two thumbprints in them. Too boot when I received the check the returned mojito was still on my check and the young lady had already slid my card. The icing on the cake is while I waited for the waitress to bring me the check a nice size ROACH was crawling behind the head of my mother and daughter on the bench where they sat. I spend a great deal of money and was and am very dissatisfied with occurrence and the service received during and after the dining experience.
