FOOD WAS GREAT AS ALWAY, MY FAVORITE PLACE . FROM TEXAS, AND IS AS CLOSE TO THE REAL DEAL MEXICAN FOOD.JUST MOVED HERE AND HAVE VISITED MANY, AND HANDS DOWN, "THE BEST",. SERVERS WAS PLEASENT EACH TIME.. .

Food was finally delivered over 30 minutes from time of order and only after having to ask manager where it was. Waitress never checked our table during this time. I went to kitchen asking for order status. Manager said he would check on it. Food delivered within 5 minutes...cold food and plates. Discussed with manager who claimed he saw food prepared so as per him I was wrong, it was not as I described. Asked three times for manager to come to table and see for himself. Manager declined each time. Left restaurant never to return.

July 26 visit: I eat at the restaurant A lot, normally the food is good and the staff IS NORMALLY HONEST. The server added a dollar to their tip. Now I know it is not much but it is the principal. Plus if this server does it to every customer the money can add up quickly. This is the same has skimming the register til. I guess they figure it is such a small amount people will not noticed or care.

The food is fine. However, on several occasions I have tried to call in a to go order for my coworkers and myself and the phone just rings and rings and rings. To me, this is poor business practice. When I cant get through to order, I go elsewhere. They are losing out of a pretty substantial order from 6-7 people.

Was there the evening of 4/18/17. Have been there many many times in the past always excellent service.
Last night was a train wreck. The place was not as crowded as most nights, the service was terrible, over an hour for food, chips were stale and than the mixed drinks were prepared by someone who knew nothing about bartending. I spoke to the server and manager to no avail. No offer to compensate for the unacceptable wait.
I will not visit again and not recommend to any new comer's either.

This relatively new manager has no idea what customer service is. I have always ordered the same thing, since they opened, but the last two times, our waiter brought the wrong meal and argued with me that I had ordered it. He says he is the manager now. We won't go back.
