Stopped here in late Jan. Superb! Crab bisque loaded with crabmeat. The freshest and best crab cakes for dinner. Don't miss this place!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Santee. When we have out of town guests we make it a point to take them there. The last 3 times we were there they didn't have filets. Does anyone know if the filets are back on the menu?

This is our favorite restaurant in Santee, where we have a condo. We have not been able to order dinners to pick up the last 2 times we were in the area because they were " too busy to take phone orders ". I would think that during a pandemic they might consider it important to serve people not comfortable with dining in the restaurant. I hope that they change this policy moving forward, as they have delicious food - and we miss it.

We live in the Santee area and eat at Captains Quarters frequently. The food is delicious and there are lots of interesting daily specials. The staff is warm and welcoming. We will eat there again tonight!

Can't say enough about the restaurant and STAFF. David was the greatest waiter I've ever had. Personable and entertaining. Made the experience a great one. The food (steak and lobster) was delicious, and hot. Hat off to the chef. And the Chef's desert, the Orange Cake (can't remember the whole name) was to die for. Excellent.!!!!

My husband, grandson and myself had dinner here Thursday night. It was delicious. My 8 year old grandson devoured his shrimp cocktail and his grilled salmon. My husband loved the sawaii and I had the scallops. Would definitely stop here again.

Awful customer service via the phone...I was visiting from another state and simply wanted a good meal, hard to find in Santee... I called to try to place dinner orders to pick up. The hostess answering the phone was extremely rude and said she was busy. Certainly not hospitable...totally unexpected. I would not recommend to anyone.

We had a long trip that day and looked forward to a great meal. Unfortunately, we ordered oysters on the half shell only to be served oysters from a jar placed on scrubbed oyster shells. Not at all what was expected from a seafood restaurant..When questioned if they were shucked there, the waitress said she did not know, that she just picked up the orders in the kitchen. On the plus side, the stuffed grouper was good and the prime rib was tender.

Ate here with some golfing friends and it was fantastic. The Prime Rib was over the top. The staff is also very helpful and gracious with their southern charm.

Went to dinner with my golfing friends. I wasn't very hungry and decided on an appetizer. I asked the waitress if the oysters on the half shell were fresh and she assured me they were so I ordered a dozen. When they came I suspected they were canned. I ate about half and decided to quit. They were over- sized for the shells and I was sure they were canned. I know that canned oysters should not be eaten raw. I told the waitress my concern and she said that all she knows they came from Applilachicola Fl. She wouldn't confirm if they were canned or fresh. I hope I don't get sick.
