Short staffed. I really wish corporate greed didn't keep so many places with overworked and under staffed service. Prices keep going up and quality of food and service keep going down due to this.

Had lunch at LongHorn in Easley, SC today. I ordered chicken tenders and when the waitress brought them out, they were grilled. I told her that I ordered hand battered chicken tenders. She snatched the plate away and walked off. A few minutes later she brought obviously frozen chicken tenders back that had been microwaved. They were horrible! Could not eat them!
