I had the fillet mignon cooked rare, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The salad and loaded baked potato were equally delicious. The fried pork chop with sweet potato was a hit with my husband. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and our waitress, Maddie, was friendly and efficient. The western saloon decor added a nice touch to the experience.

Tiffany was very rude,food was cold, it's not nice to get very friendly with the customers,it took me 45 minutes to get my food,I'll never come back ever,I was very disappointed,

My husband and I.are regular customers there. He loves to order steak it's great with him! Cooked to his perfection. I try different things on the menu. I never had a bad plate. Service is excellent. I can say the catfish can use a little lighter breading. That is it everyone!

My husband and I have ate here 2 times in the last month , and let me say IT WAS AWESOME BOTH TIMES !!!Service &Steaks were perfect Im telling you it's wonderful.i get the tips and my husband gets a large sirloin or ribeye he is picky and his steak was cooked perfect both times..I recommend Carson's to everybody..we love it ..I could go on and on!!!The tips w mushroom gravy are oh my amazing !!!!Keep it up!!!

Save your money, 3rd time this year i have had a crappy experience. I will not give it a 4th tey, this was pur favorite restraunt for many years food taste like its been sitti g under heat lamp, including bread. Service was horrible. I would rather eat waffle house steak.

Awesome place to eat. It's the only place I can get a steak cooked the way I want it. I usually eat in the bar because it doesn't require a waiter. The bartender is good, keeps drinks filled, and usually puts my usual on the counter before asking what I want to order. Pleasant atmosphere that doesn't require dressing up.
