Had a long wait until food came out due to a party taking place. Was offered an appetizer due to inconvenience, soup, was cold when brought to the table. Asked to have it warmed up and was not brought back to us until entree had been served. Asked for fries and broccoli, got fried and mashed potatoes. Asked for broccoli to be extra steamed, was practically raw when finally brought to the table. Had to wait forever for a refill on our drinks. One entree came with potato soup, never got the soup with my meal. Very disappointed, may not return.

After shopping at the Yellow Mall I placed a to go order from this FATZ at the Peachoid.
I was told it would be 25 minutes.
When I arrive to get my food it ends up being almost one hour from order placement to my hands...
"Oh well, can't win em all" I figure... so I get home in Tryon NC only to discover that 3 things were not even included in the bag for my order.
I call and the same guy that took my order and bagged it for me, Chris, explains that he is the GM and he knows he put all the stuff in the bag... Am I sure I looked in all of the containers?
He offered to make the stuff I am missing but I don't see the point in driving another hour back to Gaffney to give them a chance to do what they should have the first time around with the extra 27ish minutes they took...
Reading the other reviews I can see that I'm just better off avoiding FATZ in the future.
Next time I'll just go to A fast food joint...

I visited your restaurant today (10/31) at approx 2:00 pm for a late lunch. There were only about 3 cars in the parking lot...(that should have been a clue). Service was terrible! Only 1 waitress "working".. she even bragged that she was doing all the waitress duties.. as well as cleaning tables, serving, bar tending, etc..etc..She never wrote down any of our order.. and came back more than once to confirm our order as she would forget what we requested before she could get the order placed. I watched her at one time and noted that before she went back to place our order on the computer...she stopped to chat with the hostess about 10 minutes and then finally went to the computer to submit our order. We sat for about 15 min before anything was brought to our table. She told us twice that she was going to bring us fresh rolls... and then after about 10 min we asked when we would get the rolls she explained that the rolls used to take 3 min when they fried them, but now they bake them and it takes 6 minutes... but in our case it took over 10 min to get them. One of our entrees was to have gravy on the chicken. When she finally brought the food she explained that they didn't have the correct gravy as shown on the menu, because "the chef couldn't find it" in the kitchen. so they used another kind! Seriously?? After spending more than an hour there (most of that time waiting for our food and drinks) we left... vowing never to eat there again. Another group of folks came in before we left... and the gal came back to their table twice to confirm their drink orders since she wrote none of it down! Poor excuse for a waitress!

The menu has changed so much that we don't enjoy dining there anymore. The wait staff is great but I was really surprised tonight at the down side of my soup and salad. My husband's food came out on a "aluminum lunch tray" and we had our dressings in paper cups. I was really disappointed with my experience.
