We stopped at the Fatz cafe in Rock Hill,located on 478 S.Herlong Ave.The atmosphere was nice.We had a waiter name Tommy,he was superb.He made sure we were comfortable at the booth they seated us at,bought us fresh warm rolls,took our drink,appetizer,entree order,that came out in no time.Everythi g was on point.He really took care of us,the whole time we were there.He needs a manager position.I recommend anyone to try this Fatz,if you're ever in Rock Hill.Please ask for Tommy.I will be visiting here next time I m in town

Very bad experience. We were the only party in the restaurant and there was 10 of us. Alnost half got Unlimited ribs,chicken, and shrimp. The waitress had no clue what she was doing and rang everyones ticket up wrong. The manager had to fix* it and that took another 10 mins. Google says they close at 11pm well right at 9:30 we found out they close at 10pm. At 9:54 we were informed the kitchen shut down and we could not get any more refills on the unlimited ribs,chicken,and shrimp. Very bad experience will never visit this Fatz again. I think they should shut it down and put a better restaurant there that would have good customer service.
