The best place to eat in Liberty! Great food aside, the staff are always super friendly- most have become like family to us. Our family have been regulars since they opened and have only had a problem maybe 2 times in all those years and once the issues were brought to the staff's attention they were corrected.

We live in Liberty and eat here as often as we can. I am not big on mexican food in general but after we ate at Fiesta for the first time a few years ago now...its been my favorite since! We have not had a single bad experience. The people are great and the food is awesome!

We eat here about twice a week and have since they opened. Nacho and the rest of the staff make us feel like family. Highly recommended!! Best Mexican food around.
